Homepage autonomy animation
The homepage film is an original illustrative animation made for Kodanda AI. It depicts an onboard point of view observing airborne objects, following one and closing toward it.
The aircraft, terrain, apparent approach and tracking marks are authored artwork. They are not measured detector output, a flight simulation result, or footage of a Kodanda interception. The film is labelled as an autonomy concept.
Recorded research example
The research player uses V_DRONE_016 from the Halmstad drone-detection dataset, published by DroneDetectionThesis under CC0 1.0. The upstream licence record is available with the dataset.
The clip is external ground-camera footage. It was not captured by Kodanda. It contains 310 frames at 30 frames per second, retained at 640 × 512 pixels. The website uses the complete development sequence.
The optional visual overlay replays observations saved during an existing project development run on Jetson hardware. That run used a borrowed detector baseline and a software-generated cue. The browser does not execute a model. The overlay describes the recorded run and does not establish operational reliability or interception effectiveness.
The recorded view does not respond to guidance. Our broader evaluation has exposed failures across domains and competing objects; integrated autonomous flight remains a separate validation step.
Typography
Headings and body text use Instrument Sans. Technical labels use IBM Plex Mono. Both fonts are served locally and included under the SIL Open Font License.
